Since the raceway is the most important working surface, to achieve the best accuracy and quality, we use closed full automation raceway super grinding machine which provides high accuracy of vibration frequency, stable pressure and high stiffness.
So, the raceway will be super shining and smooth and guaranteed the best quality of bearing.
Automation Assembly –Ball Filling
After rings fitting, automation of ball filling machine was applied.
It can fill the right size and number of steel balls, avoiding wrong number of balls filling.
End of the automated assembly line is the automation riveting press machine which provides consistent pressure and avoided the incorrectness of manipulation. So the strength of bearings was guaranteed.
Greasing, Gland and Uniform
Full connected automation greasing, gland and uniform machines was applied.
They can grease with exactly amount of grease, gland exactly in position and uniform the grease without any damages or rust.
