Q1. What’s your MOQ request?
TZ: Usually, for an order direct from our factory in China, we request for a normal order by 1X20’ container to start. The models and colors can be mixed in this containers. Usually, we request MOQ per model/color: 30pcs.

Q2. What’s your payment term?
TZ: Usually, we request 30% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight. We also accept payment to be transferred through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Q3. What’s your warranty for your bicycle?
TZ: Frame and fork: 1 year’s warranty
All the electric components(including the battery): 2 years’ warranty
Mechanical parts:1/2 year’s warranty

Q4. Do you accept OEM customer's orders?
TZ: Yes, in our factory in China, we can make the bicycle according to customer’s specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request, provided the order is by 1X20’ container and more. Otherwise, we have to negotiate it.
