This blend is from Da Lat City, Vietnam where we used yellow bourbon and catimor arabica beans. With chocolate and lemongrass flavour notes, this Blend is ideal for a cold, chill days and for those who need focus for deep thinking and high concentration.
Recommendations brewing equiptments - this is almost an all weather blend that is suitable for different brewing methods, i.e. V60, Aeropress, French Press or even Espresso!

5. Our approach to Catimor: we must harder to improve cup quality. This is achieved by better cultivation practices, strict control over processing methods, carefully roasted, with proper storing conditions and cupping quality assurance.
