Fish Meal Making Machine
1. Description:
This small capacity fish meal machinery is specially designed and manufactured for our customers who want to process leftovers like fish head, fish sausages and offals, also can deal with small whole fresh fish, the whole production line has a compact structure, good-looking appearance, easy operate and good performance.

2. Raw material and capacity
Raw material: raw fish or fish fillet and scraps( fish head, fish bones, fish offals), etc
Capacity of raw fish: 300kg/H,500kg/H,1000KG/H, 2000kg / H, 5000 kg/H
Fish meal yield rate 20%-25%(for example 500kg raw fish can get about 100kg fish meal powder)
Note: usually the capacity of fish meal is based on fish type and fish quality

3. Final products
Final product: skimmed fish meal
Moisture of final product: less than 10%

4. Procedure
Raw material -> cooking -> pressing -> drying -> skimmed fish meal
Heating method: electrical heating /steam heating

Twin Screw Press
Twin screw design ensures excellent squeezing performance. Integrated structure, easy for installation and shifting. Electromagnetic speed variable motor, with wide range of speed, applied to various raw fish species.
