XR-3 Base Unit Satellite Meter Kit (WiFi)
From satellite dish alignment, to UHF off-air antenna pointing, to cable TV MER measurements, the XR-3 is the signal level meter (satellite meter) for you! The XR-3 is the most capable satellite meter offered by Applied Instruments. It’s more durable than the popular Super Buddy meter, and has added features and performance. The XR-3’s modular design with field swappable modules provides wide versatility to fit different measurement applications, including DBS satellite, VSAT satellite, VHF/UHF off-air, and CATV (QAM and analog). The XR-3 Satellite Meter, Antenna, CATV Installer Test Set is great for installing and troubleshooting DISH SmartBox, Blonder Tongue, and other SMATV headend systems often used in hotels, multi-dwelling units, and institutional facilities. Calibration Laboratories: We have an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in Austin, TX. Our services include Calibrating General Electronic Laboratory Test Sets, RF, Optical and Physical/Dimensional Equipment.
Repair Laboratories: With three repair labs located in Texas, California, and Indiana, our North American footprint provides regional service capabilities throughout the US. We service a broad range of equipment including general electronic lab equipment, fiber optic, transmission, broadband, telecom, power supplies and much more. If it's used to maintain a carrier network, or if it's used by manufacturers to design/build products, we repair it.
