1. What services do you offer?
-we provide services from IDEA to EXPORT that includes design & development, planning & buying, Manufacturing & Production and finally quality control & inspection. We make sure that you will get what you ordered. In short, we provide OEM and ODM both services. We can help you to make your own design (As per Spec Sheet) or we can customize the product as per your requirement.

2. Do you make custom brand products?
-Yes, we do. We provide ODM and OEM services both. We can make products with your Brand name/logo also you can ask to change the style of our collection or you can give us your reference sample and customization instruction. We will make the styling sample for you and it is FREE.

3. Is the price negotiable?
- We always put adequate consideration in terms of pricing & keep our costs as competitive as possible. Please contact with us and send us your design, order quantity, order sheet and spec sheet, we would give you a favorable price according to your design, customization and quantity.

4. Do you accept small orders?
-Yes we do. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500pcs/ per color for both Knitwear and Woven wear.

5. Can I get a free sample?
- YES, of course. But after fulfilling some requirements. Once the product is selected, price is confirmed, and we thoroughly understand your design specifications then we will send you a style sample of the product. But in this case buyer has to bear the delivery cost of the product.

6. What is your delivery time?
-The exact delivery date need to according to your style and quantity.Usually within 10- 15 working days after receive the payment.

7. What is your guarantee with regards to on time delivery?
- Regarding time as a risk factor we maintained our schedule from the very first & also invite buyers so they can monitor their project as well. Experience a stress-free order with us. In case of not meeting deadlines due to some crucial reason we present an exclusive refund policy.

8. What is the shipping method and cost?
-Shipping method could be ocean transportation or air transportation. In the matter of shipping cost it depends on the order quantity, order, shipping method and the location of port. We do not provide first hand shipping and logistic services but if the buyer requires we can provide a third party through whom the process can be done.

9. What is your payment method & payment term?
- We are obedient to our government laws. In Bangladesh we can only allow TT and LC. But we prefer LC to make sure both party will be safe but if the order size is small than TT is only solution. Therefor our Payment Method: TT/ LC and Payment Terms: 70% Deposit and 30% Before Delivery (for TT payment)

10. Do you have refund and exchange policy?
