1. we have QC team, first part is to control producing in factory, the other is as third party, inspect the goods named by
customers.
2. we have all detailed records for defective products, then we will make summary according to these records, find out the production flow where easily lead to this problem. Then figure out, and try best to avoid such problem.
3. We do product according to rules of relevant audits and laws of our country.

A:Generally we offer free samples,and clients bear the freight cost. Or we bear the freight cost after confirm orders.
