1. Please note, that we are a WHOLESALE trading company. The minimum possible amount of order is one 20ft container. Sometimes it is difficult to load the whole container with one type of goods only, so we would be deeply grateful if you check out our store and choose a few categories of goods you are interested in. SELLING TOO SMALL QUANTITY IS IMPOSSIBLE.
2. All our goods are USED. We buy and sell all our used items in “as is” condition, without checking whether they work or not.Though, we do not handle too old or obviously damaged items, so usually, for most of the goods, some cosmetic adjustments are enough. But sometimes repairs are also necessary. Before ordering, make sure that you are capable of repairing items.
3. All of our items are manufactured for domestic use in Japan. It means that AC power plugs or/and requirements for voltage might be different from your country. Do not forget to check it when ordering electrical appliances.\t

We sell large vareity of used japanese home appliances in a bulk. Air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, rice cookers, etc. Please, contact us for detailed information.
Depending on the product, items will receive some simple wrapping, but generally products will be packed into a container in their current condition. Concerning the delivery method, it is standard to pay for a 20ft or a HQ 40ft container, but it is also possible to ship by LCL depending on the circumstances.

Order Flow
Review the conditions of transactions and products | Because we deal in second-hand goods, we ask you to please properly check the condition of products. Once you have checked and agree to the contents and conditions of the transaction as listed above, please proceed to the next step. |
Entering into a contract of sale | If you consent to the conditions listed above, we will enter into a contract of sale. |
Issuing an estimate | An estimate will be issued, and if accepted, we require 50% of the amount to be paid upfront. |
Container vanning | At the point when all the goods have been gathered, they will be vanned in our company's yard. The wait time between the purchase and the products being vanned can vary depending on the product and time of year. The preparations for arranging the container, vanning and export are all handled by our company. |
Issuing an invoice | We will issue the invoice after container vanning. |
Container departure | We ask you to pay the remaining balance before the container arrives. We will transfer the necessary documents (B/L, invoice packing list, etc.) to you so that you can make the payment. |
