Cap Gajah is the proprietary brand of our company, and we decided to use that brand as the name of our website. We mainly produce parboiled rice. The energy consumption of the whole plant is 99 % clean energy (burning biomass in the boiler). The parboiling and milling processes are fully automated. As the solid line of removal and separation machines and latest color sorter technologies from Europe are applied, we can produce consistent and high quality final parboiled rice product.
