[Plant morphology]This product is irregular lump and fat paste shape. Different shades of color, waxy yellow to brownish yellow surface. This product does not contain free umbellifolide, but when cooked with hydrochloric acid it tends to produce umbellifolide, which shows blue fluorescence in alkaline solution.
