Q: Do I have to commit to the MOQ?
A: The written MOQ is just our suggested order quantity for a good deal. We are more than welcome to negotiate with you about your expected order quantity.
A: We are a Chinese manufacturer specializing in acrylic industry for 20 years. We have the technology and capability to complete the whole production process from raw materials to finished products. We also own our marketing, design and technical teams.
Q: Are you able to make customized product ?
A: Yes, we also work on an OEM/ODM basis. We have years of experiences cooperating with several oversea high-end furniture brands on an ODM basis. We have an exclusive team including consultant, designer and technician to serve you and your creations.
Q.Do you provide sample? How about the fee?
A: Yes, we do. We will charge a retail price for one sample, and the freight should be paid by your side. For the customized product, sample fee usually double the bulk price. Things may varies.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Due to our sophisticated manufacture processes, we've expecting our clients to accept min 45 days lead time for a bulk order. For a small order that we have in stock, we would usually ship out in days. However, we are quite flexible on order arrangement as a manufacturer, please consult our customer service to confirm the inventory and order status to negotiate lead time.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% of the full payment should be prepaid as the order placed. Rest 70% should be paid before shipment. T/T, L/C methods are accepted.
Q: How about the delivery?
A: We accept designated delivery method on a EXW price base. For FOB price base, we have our recommended shipping method for you. Please consult customer service for the latest information.
