Premio OK Trading Company Limited was founded in 2014, located in Pakkret, Nonthaburi, Thailand. It is one of the leaders in the wholesale industry of healthcare and related products merchants. Premio OK Trading Company Limited has a great vision to reduce chemical usage in household products and is serious in solving customers' problem of harm from chemical composition. Because its community is rich in biodiversity and traditional knowledge, the community raised funds from 89 members in order to produce biodiversity and traditional knowledge based products. At present, there are 730 members.
The quality products under the brand "Chewa" and "Chewana" for instance, liquid soap, hair tonic, shampoo and conditioning. The products are made from local plant genetic resources, including Litsea glutinosa, tamarine, rice milk and lakoocha. The quality of products has been widely accepted by consumers in Thailand. The product quality has been approved by various well recognized standards, including Thai Community Product Standard.
We have been working closely with many public organizations in order to improve product quality, process and planting of herbs. Biodiversity-Based Economy Development Office (BEDO), inter alia, has supported and worked with the community. BEDO has selected this group to be one of the learning centers for product development based on biodiversity and traditional knowledge. Local educational institutes will also play supportive roles in these learning centers.
We also pay interest in intellectual property protection. It has created a distinguished brand "Chewa and Chewana : The Caring from Nature" and will register this brand under the Thai Trade Mark Law.
Apart from the bio products, we also concentrate on producing miniature sculptures, souvenirs, decorations, and ornaments. Using the high-quality colors of Thai clay and polymer clay, we make sure that all tiny pieces are carefully crafted with high attention to detail.
