DESCRIPTION:
Fresh Cut and KD Pallet Elements.
Hardwood (Baltic Mix) - alder/aspen/birch. Pallet lumbers of various type of woods (pine, Spruce, Beech, Birch , Oak, Poplar etc.
We sell wood (alder, Pine Spruce, Beech, Poplar ) and other wood lumbers for pallet production and Edge-glued panels for steps and window sills. If the order volume is more than one truck load, it is possible to make pallet size material according to customer’s drawings.
We can also manufacture other industrial packaging from the wood. We provide quick, timely and controlled orders’ completion.
SPECIFICATION:
Wood Elements: Beech, Pine, Spruce, Birch, Aspen, Alder, Ash, Cherry, Oak, Poplar.
Thicknesses: 12-75 mm and up
Widths: 50 mm to 150 mm
Length: 400mm to 3000mm(Cut to size required by customers)
GRADE:
A/A CLASS:
Glued of solid wood. Colour and grain for each panel are handpicked. Interlocking and spiral grain.
Oak
-Right side: solid knots up to max. 3 mm in size are permissible.
-Left side: solid knots up to max. 6 mm in size are permissible.
Ash
–A/B class sides: knots unacceptable, coloration from straw cream to brown is permissible
In all wood species unacceptable: bark pockets, sapwood, bio-degradation.
A/B CLASS:

Oak
-Right side (A class): solid knots up to max. 3 mm in size are permissible.
-Left side (B class): solid knots up to max. 35 mm in size are permissible, excess knots and defects up to max 5 mm in size, to be corrected with wood filler are permissible. Minor sapwood is permissible.
Ash
–Right side (A class): knots unacceptable, coloration from straw cream to brown is permissible
-Left side: solid knots up to max. 35 mm in size are permissible, excess knots and defects up to max 5 mm in size, to be corrected with wood filler are permissible.
In all wood species unacceptable:bark pockets, bio-degradation
Birch timber is sourced from birch species like Betula Pendula (lat. Betula Pendula) and Betula Pubescens (lat. Betula Pubescens). Other Birch species also grow in Central Europe however due to their small size (grow short) they have no economic value.
