These are barbeque grills. The product name is Rectangular Shichirin Charcoal Grill.

Our grills are made from diatom earth mined in Suzu city of Japan. The diatomite is a 100 % natural material, of course not containing harmful chemicals, so it sufficiently shows its potential. Because they are formed by a method of cutting out from a block of diatom earth, the grills have more porous membrane than those made with the other method of mixing some materials to form a block of the grills, so these have better heat retention, heat transmission, and far-infrared effect to provide tastier food.

For long use, the construction of our BBQ grills is reinforced with metals: they are covered with food grade stainless steel as the upper and iron plate as the side. Contrary to durable appearance, they are lighter than you think.

On top of such useful features, the diatom earth BBQ tools are eco-friendly because the natural material returns to soil if buried in it.
