Usage
1. Inhaler - Twist off top cap and inhale soothing vapors through each nostril. 
2. Essential. Oil Rub - Twist off bottom cap and apply the essential oil under nose, or on wrists, neck, or temples for refreshing aromatherapy. Avoid contact with eyes, inside of nose, and lips as irritation may occur. Use as often as needed.
Cautions
Do not use on a child under 2 years of age. 
For external use only, avoid oral usage. 
Consult a doctor before use if pregnant/breastfeeding. 
Avoid contact with eyes, don't use on broken skin.
