Product Description:

• Size is 400mm x 400mm x Ht. 820mm.
  


• The top is made up of 304 grade stainless steel sheet 0.9 mm thick double press bent on four sides. The edges of the stainless steel sheet is folded to 180 degree to avoid the sharp edges.
  


• The stainless steel top is fixed with the help of pop rivets in slush position. Diagonally lockable caster wheels.
  


• One drawer, one shutter, two shelves. In the finished stage there is no exposed sharp edges or other unsealed formations which may harbour dirt and foreign matter.
  


• All components is pre-treated in separate eight tank process for better finish, good adhesion and corrosion protection. Process includes Hot Degreasing, De-rusting,


• Activation, Phosphating & No‘s of Water rinses and then pre-treated materials is coated with epoxy powder with film thickness not less than 60 microns (approx.) and then oven baked at 180 degree centigrade.
