Piera Martellozzo has been at the helm of Piera1899 since '92; cornerstone of his virtues are: professionalism, awareness and openness to the new. The harvest begins in the first ten days of September, followed by the pressing of the grapes which is carried out slowly in membrane presses and fermentation takes place at a temperature of about 15 ° - 16 ° C. The wine is stored on the fine deposit in steel tanks for six months at a controlled temperature of 12 ° - 13 ° C to obtain a more complex aromatic composition
In the glass it has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose the bouquet is fruity with the aroma of apple and apricot with notes of white acacia flowers. In the mouth the taste is elegant with an important structure and good acidity.
An excellent white wine to accompany aperitifs with raw seafood, shellfish salads and pasta with fish sauces. It also goes very well with vegetable soups and fresh cheeses.
