Bubble film is known as a very popular wrapping foam in the world and also in Vietnam. It is made up of gluing a thin film and a membrane containing air bubbles together. Bubble particles provide protection for fragile items of various sizes.
Multi-layer protection makes the product inside resistant to shocks and vibrations during transportation. Made of polyethylene (LDPE) with one side and one side containing a half bubble. The smallest monkey ball diameter is 6 mm, the largest can be up to 26 mm, the common type has a diameter of 10 mm (1 cm).
In addition to protecting fragile and easily scratched goods during transportation, bubble film is also used in packaging to
protect electronic goods by anti-static foam. In 1960, in the first shipment, IBM 1401 used anti-static foam for protective
packaging before shipping to customers.
