Multifunctional Fruit and Vegetable Washer
Multifunctional Fruit and Vegetable Washer is used for washing mangoes, litchi, tomato, carrot, and apple or leafy/root vegetables. The fruits or vegetables are subjected to strong water agitation for removal of dirt. A PE/SS chain outfeed conveyor carries the product to the next stage.
The machine can also be fitted with secondary fresh water spraying. Capacity of this washer is 500 kg/hr.

Fruit Mill
Fruit Mill is used to crush seedless fruits/vegetables before pulping/juice extraction. It consists of a SS crushing chamber that has a crusher rotating at a high speed and inner wall of the chamber fitted with suitable serrations. All contact parts of the fruit mill is made up of food grade AISI 304 stainless steel. 3 HP motor is used in this fruit mill.

Steam Jacketed Cooking Kettle Tilting Type
This kettle is used for pre-heating the pulp. The steam jacketed kettle is mounted on a SS stand with tilting arrangement through worm gear/pinion. Jacket and pan is made of 10/10 s.w.g. stainless steel. The kettle is 2/3rd jacketed for uniform distribution of the heat. The tilting of kettle facilitates easy pouring of the preparation. Steam jacketed kettles are complete with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam trap. Capacity of this kettle is 100 Galons.

Fruit Pulper
This machine is used for skin removal, pulping & finishing of pulps from product like tomato, mango, pineapple, litchi, guava etc. The equipment incorporates rotor and brushes rotating at high speed which separates the stone, skin & pulp. The vegetable pulper unit consists of two nylon brushes which give a combined beating and brushing action. The gap between the sieve and brushes can be adjusted to suit different type of size and qualities of products to be pulped. The sieve is available and perforations of different sizes and is easily removable for cleaning. All parts of machine can be easily dismantled and reassembled for facility of inspection, proper washing, cleaning, and periodic maintenance. All contact parts of the fruit pulper is made up of food grade AISI 304 stainless steel. 3 HP motor is used in this fruit pulper.

Holding Tank
Holding tank is used for store Paste, Puree, juice etc. The tank consists of :

Shear Pump
In an inline shear rotor–stator mixer, the rotor– stator array is contained in housing with an inlet at one end and an outlet at the other. The components to be mixed are drawn through the generator array in a continuous stream, with the whole acting as a centrifugal pumping device. Suction of this pump will be attached to the outlet of mixing tank & the discharge of the pump is with inlet.

Piston Filler Four Head
This machine is a Semi-Automatic Piston Type Filling Machine and is suitable to fill water, Oil, thick viscous liquids like Sauce, ketchup etc in glass bottle, pet bottle & preformed pouch. Machine is made of stainless steel, GMP standard. Filling valve is controlled by the electro- magnetic sensor, ensures filling accuracy. Machine is available in single as well as double filling head. This machine is attached with SS 304 hopper & Stand. This machines runs with pneumatic pressure.
