Transparent shock absorption adhesive gel two-component urethane resin MU-625A/MU-625B

(1) Product feature
MU-625 is a two-component (Part A, Part B) polyurethane resin product.
It has excellent flexibility and vibration resistance and effective as a shock absorbing material.
It has high adhesion strength and can be peeled off.
Due to its transparency characteristics, it can be colored with pigment.
Excellent fluidity makes the resin penetrate into small gaps.

Earthquake-resistant mat, shock absorber, adhesive, fixing and water-sealing for electronic components.






(3) Compliant for environment regulation

Polyurethane is, due to its low halogen, environment friendly.
This product contains NO mercury and fully complaint for RoHS regulation.
In addition, it has no plasticizer, so it can reduce bleeding which may affect to surrounding components.

(5) How to use
・Keep in mind that if water was included in the mixing process, it will cause foaming and uncured.
・When color a resin, add pigment into part A at first, and stir evenly before use.
・If resin was crystallized, heat the resin at 60~80℃ for 30~60 minutes, and use it after the crystallized part melt. Please stop using the resin when you see crystalized part left even after the heating.
1. Calculate the weight of part A and part B to mix, according to the mixing ratio designated in product information.
2. At first, weigh part B in a plastic cup, then put part A into the same cup. Please do not use a paper cup, because paper cup often has the moisture on the surface which may cause foaming.
3. Stir well part A with part B in the plastic cup. Please use a stirring bar or mixer. We recommend use a metal or plastic flat bar.
4. Stir well at the bottom and corner of the cup.
5. After stirring, defoam mixed resin immediately.
6. After defoaming, pour the resin into a case and cure it by standard curing schedule. Please note that poured resin may cause foaming if there is water or moisture on the surface of a case.
