4. What’s the base of price quotation?
Our price quotation is based on FOB KHH and could offer CFR or CIF price quotation after plus extra expenses.
5. What’s your term of delivery term?
We support FOB, CFR, CIF term.
6. How do you treat quality complaint?
We will offer the best quality product to customers. If there is a quality problem caused by us, we will deal with it by case.
