TRIAL: Normally, we always take trials on our machines for our acceptance prior to dispatch. In case you require specific trials, you have to intimate one week in advance and arrange the raw material for the same. You are also requested to bring an experienced operator who can run the specific trial as per your requirement.

Commissioning:  We shall depute our service engineer who will supervise the erection and commissioning of the plant; kindly ensure availability of raw material, air, water and power and other utilities and man power at site. Client shall bear the expenses of lodging and boarding and return ticket for our engineer in advance for the first three days during which he will accomplish his task.

Warranty/Guarantee: We shall guarantee the plant/equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning against faulty material or component or functional aspect and undertake to repair or replace the defective part, if, in our opinion, the defect brought to our notice is indeed genuine. However we stand no guarantee against normal wear and tear to the equipment or components, electrical/electronic parts other than electric motors & drives which shall be warranted for the duration as extended by the manufacturer/supplier. Attempted repairs by persons other than our engineers, improper handling and poor maintenance may cause improper functioning of equipment and will not be in our scope of our warranty. The lifespan of screw and barrel depends heavily upon the raw material being processed, the water temperature and the production rates. Thus the warranty of these two parts will examined on an individual case
