Ferromanganese
Ferromanganese is a deoxidizer and alloyed material most used in steelmaking. Ferro manganese is made of manganese ore as a raw material and smelted in blast furnaces and electric furnaces. Ferromanganese as an alloy element additive.
Ferromanganese is divided into 3 categories according to its carbon content:
Low carbon: carbon is not more than 0.7%;
Medium carbon: carbon is not more than 0.7% ~ 2.0%;
High carbon: carbon is greater than 2.0% ~ 8.0%
