Rice Husk Ash (RHA)
We are the parboiled rice manufacturer in Parit Buntar, Perak, Malaysia. We use the rice husk as a fuel for boiler to burn for generating steam and electricity for the parboiling and milling processes. The rice husk ash (RHA) is the by-product produced after the rice husk is complete burnt in the boiler. With the electronic controlled boiler from Belgium, we are able to produce a very low carbon content rice husk ash (RHA).

The color of the rice husk ash is ranging from white to grey.

Due to the nature of the rice husk, the rice husk ash contents high in silica (Si). Silica is an important raw material for many applications as the following:

- Aggregates and fillers for concrete and board production
- Economical substitute for micro-silica/silica fumes
- Absorbents for oils and chemicals
- Soil amelioration
- Source of silicon
- Insulation powder in steel mills
- Release agent in the ceramics industry
- Insulation material for homes and refrigerants

FAQ


Can I get a free samples?
Yes, we do provide some free sample, but the cost of the shipping is billed on the customers' account. You can either pay us the shipping cost or arrange a courier to collect the samples.


What is the MOQ?
Minimum order quantity is one full load 20ft container. The container can be loaded with 4.8 MT maximum. The container will be loaded at the factory where well-trained staffs will closely monitor the loading progress.


How to place an order and make payment?
You can either send us the purchase order (P.O.) or a simple confirmation to the email (mycapgajah@gmail.com). After we received the P.O. or a confirmation email, we will send you a Proforma Invoice with our bank details. Then, you can make payment accordingly.
