We have Fresh/Broiler Brown and white table eggs ready for supply.

We have the following egg sizes:
Small (43 - 53 g)
Medium (53 - 63 g)
Large (63 - 75 g)

Expiry date: 6 months

Packing: A wide range of best quality and strong seaworthy export cartons is available.
All cartons contain 360 eggs packed on trays. Each carton contains 12 trays,
containing 30 eggs each.

Type of cartons available:
- Brown neutral cartons
- White neutral cartons

Since the eggs are very fragile in nature, we take extra care to package these eggs in specialized packaging and with careful handling procedures.
The packaging details that we follow are listed below:

12 such trays in a ply carton
360 eggs in a carton
1312 carton in 40 ft reefer container
4,72,320 Eggs per 40 ft reefer container

 

Stuffing: Empty, pre cooled 40’ ft freezer containers are loaded with each having a holding capacity of 1312 cartons. Each empty containers is pre cooled to temperatures between 2 degrees Celsius to 5 degree Celsius. The cooling once started is not stopped until the container reaches its final destination.
