Automatic outer peripheral sealing machine for laminated glass
Equipment overview;
This machine is a machine that applies a substrate protective material to the glass etching process to make the LCD glass panel thinner.
While the product is transported horizontally, the protective material is applied and UV curing treatment is performed. It consists of LD unit (alignment function), automatic sealing application unit, post-application inspection unit, UV curing unit, final inspection unit, and ULD unit.

Clean Room Class 1000 or more
Target product size; 1500x1850mm
Thickness; 0.5-1.0mm
