Q1. What kind of stove can we use?
A: It can be used directly on any stovetop. It is recommended to use a low flame no larger than the bottom of the tea kettle, to prevent kettle body overburning.

Q2. How to use the tea kettle?
A: Step 1. When ready to use for the first time, wash out the inside thoroughly with mild soap and warm water.
  Setp 2. Before adding water to boil, remove stainless steel infuser basket, place on counter (or aside).
  Step 3. To boil water, the tea kettle should be place on the stove with a medium flame no larger than the bottom of the tea kettle.
  Step 4. After water has boiled, remove from stove. It is recommended that you use a pot holder or oven mitt when pouring or removing the lid.
  Step 5. Place your tea leaves in the stainless steel infuser basket. Remove the tea kettle lid, and insert basket into the body. Allow at least one minute for the tea leaves to seep into the water, longer if you prefer stronger tea.
  Step 6. After you have finish pouring, make sure that there is no water left inside the tea kettle and wipe it dry.

Q3. How to clean the tea kettle?
A: Hand wash with warm water or using a mild soap to wash and allow to air dry. On occasion for added cleanliness pour 2 tablespoons of baking soda and a little of lemon juice into the tea kettle, add water, and bring to a boil. Do not use any harsh abrasives such as steel wool to clean on the inside or outside.

Q4. What is the term of the payment?
A: 30% T/T when placing the order, and the balance T/T against the B/L copy and shipping documents. We also accept B/L at sight.

Q5. What is the sample policy?

A: We offer the samples for free, but the air freight will be on customer’s expense. Welcome to discuss with us more if there are any products you are interested more.

Q6. What is the lead time?
A: Samples: About 10~14 days upon request.
   Mass Production: About 45~60 days after the order is confirmed and we confirm receipt the 30% deposit.
