Equipment of etchant reuse for glass etching process
It is a machine for filtering and reusing waste glass etchant generated in the glass etching process using hydrofluoric acid-based glass etchant.
The equipment configuration consists of a "pre-filtration tank," "special acid-resistant filter press," and "post-filtration tank." Each facility is connected by acid-resistant resin piping, and waste glass etchant is sent by pumping to perform filtration.

The filtration capacity of the filter press is determined by the filtration area. We select the most suitable filter press based on the amount of slurry generated in the customer's process and the amount of daily production.
Our filter press has special chemical resistance so that it can be used with chemicals containing high concentration hydrofluoric acid.
