Immersion type electropolishing machine
We provide "electrolytic polishing machine", "dedicated electrode jig" and "electropolishing agent" all at once.
The "EP-IS series" is an automatic electropolishing machine that adds unique functions to immersion electropolishing.
Oxygen and hydrogen gas generated during the electropolishing process are agitated by a unique liquid swing method to achieve high quality electropolishing under suitable processing conditions.

When the main purpose is deburring, it can be removed if the size of the burr is about several tens of microns. For burrs larger than that, we can propose a "special barrel polishing machine".
