Q: Are you a factory?

A: Yes. We are a manufacturer. Everything is made in Taiwan. We can custom box packaging for you.

 

Q: Do you have a public version that I can use?
A: Yes. If you would like to follow our current molds, please feel free to contact us for catalog.

 

Q: Do you have a price catalog?

A: No. All our packaging products are customized as client's artwork.  

 

Q: Can I get some samples?

A: Yes. Customized samples will be charged based on your design. We also can offer free stock boxes for you checking the quality, but shipping cost is paid by buyer.

Q: Can tell me your lead time?
A: Sample is 5-7 working days. Mass Production is 10-14 working days depends on your quantity.

 

Q: How do you ship?

A: Sample is shipped by AIR. Mass Production is shipped by AIR / SEA as you require. 

 

Q: Once my order is placed, should I pay the import fee?

A: Yes. Usually we offer FOB/CIF/EXW price. The shipping cost, your destination fees, customs clearance fees will be charged by your side.
