Please just simply let it dry. Then sand it off with a high grit sand paper and put another few coats of the spray paint to cover it.

 

How to protect your lungs from the spray paint?
Please make sure that you are doing the job in a well ventilated area, and use a mask if necessary. Please spray paint outside in the fresh air as much as the weather allows.
