The Salento plain is white sand and red earth, it is a forest of olive trees and boats of

fishermen. Swept by the winds, Salento is kissed by the sun all year round, a sun

which gives the products of the earth an unmistakable quality and flavor, yes

found in preserves, sauces, oil and jams.

In this unique and generous land our agri-food company works the land and its precious fruits with artisanal methods and without the use of semi-finished products and added preservatives, loving and protecting nature so as to obtain products natural endowed with genuineness and goodness.
