A Single Malt Sherry Cask Whiskey produced with barley malt derived from a very careful selection. the Single Malt Lasanta, after resting for ten years in American white Bourbon oak barrels, finishes maturing for another two years, in Sherry Oloroso and PX Jerez barrels.
Antique gold color, it releases elegant aromas of caramel, sultanas, fine milk chocolate, sweet spices, honey, beeswax, and finally vanilla and oak to the nose. At the sip it gives all the sweetness, a creamy almost buttery taste, warm and with a nice persistence of honey and cocoa that conquers the palate.
