Great Sun Tech Corp is a 29 years old company investing various fields of Electronics and Green Energy Development. 2008 We launched and introduced our Fiber heating technology exclusively for Wearable Apparels. Launching our own commercial Brand STAYWARM. We have developed and commercialized Carbon Fiber Heating Wire technology in Taiwan. With more than 10 years of experience,
2008/9 Introducing Fiber heating technology to various companies world Wide under OEM and ODM.
2010 Start set up & cooperate with whole kind different heat items (Including: Heat jacket, Gloves, boot ..items) to international famous big company.
2011/2012 Start to supply more different with 3M & different material industrial heat coat, Cushion, heat PAD, soft inside trousers…to worldwide brands & more international big & famous company.
2013 Start new heated (liner) gloves with screen touch material
2014 Start new heated flexible underwear, legging and pajamas
2015 Start new medical class heated Lumbar and Knee with far infrared wrap.
2016 Got Taiwan and China heated Carbon fiber with far infrared wrap patent and new heated ISO-10993 medical class Neck, wrist, shoulder …items.

Our Production Capability

** The whole different heat module/soft touch buttons 3 production line in Shenzhen China Can provide 3000 ~ 5000 pcs modules per day.
** Heat Jacket sewing factories in Jiaxing city can provide 10000 ~ 15000 pcs per week
**Heat Gloves factory in west Tang city can provide 1500 ~ 2000 pcs per week
**Heat soft trousers, PAD, Cushion, hand warmer .. in Chung Shan & Hubei city 15000 ~ 20000 per week.
** Heat Jacket, PAD, batteries, charger in Taiwan can provide 3000 ~ 5000 per week.

Production Line and Process

Great Sun Tech Corp (STAYWARM) production lines in Taiwan and China are equipped with auto adjustment and enhanced sewing machines. We have vast experience in producing apparels as OEM for internationally renowned brans companies. This reflects on the high level of quality that our factories are able to achieve and maintain. We have also passed the ISO-10993 Certification. Both our China and Taiwan factories maintain the same standard of service and quality to ensure consistency in the level of quality and performance of all our products.

Heated Apparel Jackets Assembly Line

Great Sun Tech Corp (STAYWARM) next step is the production of the apparels; this forms the basis for the products. Production is 100% in-house to control and maintain product quality. A combination of manual labor and automation is used to achieve optimal efficiency.

Our third step is the actual assembly of the apparels. Again this is done 100% in-house to control and maintain our high quality standards. Optimal efficiency is achieved through using both manual labor and automation. It is at this stage where we also implement the burn Hour Burning Test" before shipment to ensure that our heated winter apparels meet the strictest quality standards.

This is the final stage of the production cycle. Here, the production are packed in either specific cartons (for OEM customers) or our Great Sun Group cartons before they are loaded and shipped to their final destinations.
