Will there be any extra fee for the sample?
The sample for you is actually for free at all.
Still, we want to make sure we sent the right sample to the right person; we will charge you a delivery fee for them as a promise.
If you want to see how your logo design looks like on the samples, you will need to pay to build up the logo plate for you and printed on them. Note that this fee will ONLY be CHARGED ONE TIME except that you change the design, colors, or size.
Besides those options, can I customize my products according to my design?
We always recommend the standard products due to we designed them according to those successful experience with our partners.
We provide you the most stable and suitable options for your target markets.
However, we are still welcome to build up your customized products with our professional OEM/ODM services.
Please contact us with your design and details of your ideas, and we will evaluate them to see how we can work it out.
May I package the way I want?
Due to the enormous volume of the PU foam products, we have to scrutinize how we pack them to save your shipping cost.
Still, we can adjust some package details like cards within, changing bag materials, additional stickers.
