Packaging

We use two ply carton boxes. For all bags we pack in protective poly bags and add foam bottom layers for protection. The outer carton box is sealed so moister can not enter the inner of the carton box.

All packaging boxes are packed with extra bubble and foam inlays and packed in smaller carton boxes to avoid damage. Your custom packaging with logo printed onto each carton box, bar codes, etc. is possible upon request and only for larger orders.

Shipping/Export
Our factory sends smaller wholesale orders with DHL express which takes 4-6 days worldwide. Usually orders arrive our customer within 4 days (USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia) and Singapore or Hong Kong within 2-3 days. Besides DHL we can send larger orders with our shipping agent by sea freight or air cargo. For domestic clients we have our own cargo fleet and send to Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket every week. You are advised to inform our factory with your delivery requirements. For domestic orders we have additional next day delivery and for rush orders same day evening delivery.
