1. Composite scraper impeller is for all kinds of complex formula, optimizing energy efficiency.
2. Ptfe scraper caters to agitation of tank, scraping the pot wall efficiently.
3. Homogenizer is installed at the bottom of the pot, increasing the power of the motor more thoroughly and more powerful. It could also give full play to the effect of homogeneous for a small amount of production.Homogenizer with frequency control of motor speed is optional, the highest rotating speed of which is 4500r/min.
4. Motor with strength balanced isotactic curve and accordingly stator could realize high energy shear fluid, grinding, centrifugal, ensuring paste is exquisite, smooth; Pot body and pipe surface mirror polishing is 300 mesh (health), conforming to the cosmetic and the requirements of GMP.

1. Who are we?
We are a professional machinery manufacturer on Vacuum emulsifying mixer, filling machine, RO water treatment, capping machine and labeling machine…etc for cosmetics , food and pharmaceuticals industries over 20 years.We have two factories，One is in Jiangsu Province, Another is in Guangzhou next to our office.
2. How can you control the quality before delivery?
Quality control based on ISO 9001, GMP requirements. All processes under QA monitoring,our quality control team will test machines performance or running speed before shipment. We would like to invite you come to our factory to verify machines yourself. If your schedule is busy, we wil take a video to record the testing procedure and send the video to you.
3. How long is your warranty? After warranty, what if we encounter problem about the machine?
Our warranty is one year.After warranty we still offer you lifetime after-sales service, anytime you need we are there to help. If the problem is easily to solve, we will shoot a solution video for you. If video doesn't work out, we will send engineer to your factory.
4. Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
Our machines are fool-style operation design,very easy to operate.Besides,before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines'functions and to teach you how to use them.If needed engineers are available to come to your factory to help install machines, test machines and teach your staff to use the machines.
5. I'm new in our industry,but I'm planing to set up a factory, what canI do?
We will design the most suitable proposal based on your actual situation, such as the daily production,raw material formula, factory layout, etc. we would like to introduce some excellent suppliers of ingredients, bottles, labels, etc. if you need them. We will send engineers to the site for installation, training and commissioning.
