Q- What is Shipping time?     

A- We take about 60 days to ship an order/ Production lead time is 60 Days Ex-Factory

Q- Can your products be customized/ personalized?

A- Yes, we welcome the modifications according to our customers.

Q-Can you Air Freight the Shipment?

A- Yes, We can do Air Freights.

Q-Can you provide Door to Door Service?

A- Yes, we can Send your shipment at your door Steps.

Q-What is the Warranty of the products?

A- Our all Products carry Replacement warranty. Customer should inform about the defected products within 20 days of delivery.

Q- Do you Carry Product Liability Insurance?

A- We have PLI for some of our products. But we can insure the product on customer request. The PLI costing will be absorbed in Product cost.

Q-Can you provide samples? is it Refundable

A- Yes, we can send samples by using Expedited UPS/FedEx services. Samples carry nominal charges that are refundable on order.

Note- Mold cost for new designs is not refundable

Q- Can you make our design?

A- Yes, we can produce your custom design. Just show us your drawings/Ideas/pictures.

Q-Do you accept PayPal payments?

A- Yes, we accept PayPal Payments.

Q. How can I start an order?

A:  Try to start with an E-mail asking for price of your interested products or any other information about us.

Q. Can I ask for a sample before place an order?

A: Yes, samples are available if necessary. Yet for consideration of saving postage, we also provide detailed pictures and other documents you require to smooth your  concern as an alternative solution.

Q. If I order a small qantity, will you treat me seriously?

A: Yes, of course. The minute you contact us, you become our precious protential customer. It doesn't matter how small or how large your quantity is, we are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow toghter in the future.

Q. Can I pay a visit to your factory?

A: Yes. You are welcomed to visit our factory at any chance. Besides showing you around our factory, we can also help you with booking hotel, picking up at the airport, etc.

Q. How does your quality control?        

A: We have a professional QC team with 5 members to test the products and packages before delivery. We will control the goods quality during all the mass production. we guarantee our customer 100% satisfaction on all our products. Please feel free to feedback us immediately if you are not satisfied with Lelian's quality or service, if the product does not meet the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next order. For foreign orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special case, we will give discount as a solution.
