1). Can I request samples prior to ordering?

 

A: We encourage you to try our samples, and we are willing to provide our brand, Match Q  products, for free sampling.  However, shipping fees are not covered though.  If it is a product  that’s not from our brand, we will charge a refundable sampling fee. 

 

2). Can I design my own flavor or design? How would I know if they are as good as I  planned?

 

A: ODM and private label is our greatest strength. Thus, we encourage our partners to come up with their own ideas about tasting. For private labeling product, we request USD$200 dollars of refundable sampling fees. 

Various taste and ingredients can be added for trials.  Fund will be refunded once the bulk order is complete. 

 

 

3). How would I know which ingredient to use for my own customization?

 

A: When our sales associate contacts you, let them know what the expected functions of your ideal products are. Our nutritionist team would then make recommendation based on your budget and request.
