Acacia honey has the great peculiarity of not crystallizing: it is one of the few types of honey – in fact – that always maintains liquid form.
It is a monofloral honey entirely created through the work of bees in fields where organic Acacia grows.
Aroma: very delicate, the scent is almost completely absent
Color: clear, clear, transparent. If it is perfectly pure, it tends to light green.
Crystallization The crystallization of honey (i.e. its solidification) occurs due to a number of factors: temperature below 10 ° C, humidity below 18%, impurities such as wax, foreign bodies. Acacia honey, on the other hand, does not crystallize, if it happens it happens in such a long time that it is difficult to see.
