These are kitchen knives: gyuto 210 mm, santoku 170 mm, and petty 120 mm. The product name is Tetsuhiro Aogami Steel 2 Kitchen Knife.


Our knives have composite material. Its core Aogami steel 2, special very hard steel used for expensive cutting tools, is inserted between soft stainless steel, whose material excels in sharpness and durability. The Japanese knives are made with craftsmen' universal skill required to make them like wet grinding, a procedure to enhance its sharpness and durability, and modern technique to quench knives by using maker's original  furnace that is kind to the environment in that it reduces harmful substances. The handle is designed to have a easy-to-hold shape and a silky smooth pakka wood grip that is buffed by skilled artisans.


We handle the models whose handle is made from paper micarta, too.


Steel is easy to rust. After use, rinse the blade with hot water and wipe off moisture completely.
