Product Description
The welding process of nickel alloy is similar to that of stainless steel, and its thermalexpansion coefficient is close to that of carbon steel. Cleanliness is the most important factor
in successful welding of nickel and nickel alloys. For alloys to be welded, the composition of
the weld deposit metal is not only controlled by the filling metal, but many factors must be
considered, such as strength, corrosion resistance, physical properties, and expected weld
dilution. As a general rule, the best choice should be for the strength and corrosion
resistance of the weldment to be superior to that of the base metal.
Packaging & Shipping
Usually one 20ft container can load 1250 cartons, 25 MT. If the shipping line agrees, it can be loaded into 1350 cartons, 27 MT.
One MT is about 0.6 CBM, one carton is 20kg.
Usually the package is following:
Size: 2.5mm*300mm,
package: 2.5 kg/inner box, 8 boxes/ carton=20kg,
Size: 3.2mm*350mm,
package: 5.0 kg/inner box, 4 boxes/ carton=20kg,
Size: 4.0mm*400mm,
package:5.0 kg/inner box, 4 boxes/ carton=20kg.
Inner box is a shrink-wrapped cardboard box.
Moreover, we can do it as client’s request .
