Caffè Bonito - Rn Caffè (Consorzio Viping)
We are an artisanal roasting company from Lucca, Tuscany, and our activity is a result of love and passion for coffee. We produce coffee beans for espresso machines, ground coffee for espresso and mocha and we have a wide range of compatible coffee capsules and pods in natural paper
for coffee tasting at home and in the office.
We have always focused on the quality of our products right from the choice of the best raw materials for our blends which are carefully selected by our team for the creation of our profiles.
Since 2015, Bonito has been a brand owned by RN Caffè, a company of the Consorzio Viping,
a modern, dynamic and structured entity, made up of skilled professionals of human characteristics of other times, who contribute every day to guarantee the quality of services that are supplied to
many Tuscan companies and institutions.

In autumn 2020 we installed a latest generation IMF roasting plant (Made in Italy technology) in our new headquarters. This system allows us to optimize the roasting process since it is carried out by a HOT AIR JET that passes through each coffee bean in a uniform way, and thus avoids the risk of causing the coffee thermal shocks or even burns. The machine is also equipped with a built-in smoke burner to achieve important energy saving, in comparison to traditional machines with external fume extraction system, and a reduced exhaust release into the atmosphere. The roasting curve is automatic, with memorization of profiles, to give the possibility of seizing all the coffee shades and to be able to enhance the organoleptic qualities in the cup. The new roasting process of our coffee, controlled by the latest generation 4.0 management software, has therefore increased productivity and product quality,
allowing traceability from the plantation to the cup.

Thanks to our hot air roasting process, we are able to offer 7 perfectly homogeneous and excellent quality blends, made of the best raw coffee purchased from carefully selected suppliers:
Aroma Intenso, Soft Arabica, King, Cuccumella, 44 Chromosomes, Organic, Decaffeinated.
The selected beans are roasted according to original profiles to give rise to blends with a unique flavour and original aroma that have received recognition from all operators of the sector.
Our blends are available in beans, ground coffee for moka pot or espresso machine, compostable pods or capsules compatible with Nespresso®, Lavazza a Modo Mio® or Espresso Point®, and Dolce Gusto®*.
