1.What is the product size? 
We do customized products, any size we can make according to your requirement. The size is decided by you, as you may know, different size has different price, please kindly let me know, what size is your requirement? If you have no idea of size, we can suggest size to you also.

2.Can you do design for me?
According to your requirement, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or your ideas. Our profession designer can make design to you for free.

3.What color can I use ?
Pantone colors as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process, any color is available.

4.When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote you within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us by your email, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

5.What about the lead time for mass production?
Usually, we need 10-16 days to produce. It is depending on your quantity.

6.Sample time: 5-7 days.

7.Shipping method: By sea for large quantity order, by air and express(like FedEx, DHL, etc...) for small quantity order.
