Test procedure
1. Place all specimens, test devices, and allow them room temperature prior to testing (5~10 min).
2. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch, and place it on a clean and plain place.
3. Take the whole blood sample (approx, 10ul) using a provided plastic pipette and put drop of blood
into developing buffer.
4. Mix well and put the dropping cap on the RBC suspended developing buffer bottle.
5. Load 4 drops (approx. 130ul) of the sample into sample well(S) in the device.
All samples will be applied vertically
6. Within 5 minutes, interpret the test result(S).
Do not read the result after 10 minutes. Strong positive result may appear sooner.
Precautions
1. The presence of humidity may decrease the stability of the reagents.
Thus, please carry out the test immediately after removing the device from the foil pouch.
2. Do not use the kit beyond the stated expiration date and do not freeze the kit.
3. Do not touch the membrane in the result window of the device.
4. Do not reuse test components.
5. For veterinary use only and do not use for other animals.
6. Wear protective gloves while handling samples and wash hands thoroughly after the test.
7. Dispose all the specimens and kits properly after test, in accordance with national and local regulation.
8. Never use reagents from another kit.
9. Discard the developing solution if it is contaminated with bacteria or mold.
