Janus Caffè was born in Fabriano 30 years ago and in 1996 was acquired by our father Alberto Bongarzoni, the years of great passion and dedication to work have allowed him to build an excellent reputation in the Marche region, and for this we are truly grateful!
We 3 children are the current partners and we manage this splendid reality with the main objective of protecting the result in the cup. In fact, this concept is crucial for all business decisions, being producers allows us to exercise constant and direct control over all production phases: the selection of the different qualities of raw products (Arabica and Robusta coffee), the blending method, the roasting until the packaging of each product. The conservation method plays a fundamental role and it is necessary to study the right packaging so that the aromas are not altered over time.
