Cooking Instructions

Pan 2-3mins
Place the thawed UNLIMEAT Pulled Pork into an unoiled pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium low heat, serve, and enjoy!

Microwave 1.5 - 2mins
Thaw first. Pierce and remove some of the package’s plastic wrap, then microwave for 2 minutes, 2.5 to 3 minutes if frozen

Oven| Air Fryer 2-3 mins
Preheat the oven to 350°F(180°C). Shape the defrosted UNLIMEAT into the desired shape on an unoiled pan. Place the pan into oven and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Food waste is a pressing issue facing society. There are numerous causes of food waste, but one of the most unfortunate is when perfectly edible produce is thrown away due to size, blemishes, and overall “ugly” appearance.
Keum-Chae Min founded Zikooin Company to rescue wasted local produce and put it to use making juices, porridges, spreads, and other healthy products in 2017.
In 2019, we branched out to try to help reduce food waste by putting excess grain stocks to use, which led to the birth of our plant-based meat: UNLIMEAT. After entering the plant-based food business, we poured our hearts into developing a proprietary “protein compression” extrusion technology, creating a truly meat-like texture.
We’ve launched our products all over the world: in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Australia, and the US. We’re striving to become Asia’s No.1 plant-based meat company.
