Q1: Can I get some samples? 

A: Yes, some samples are free, others maybe need a little fee, please check with our sales. But the freight would be collected and we will pay back if you place order.

Q2: Do you have inspection procedure before shipping?

A: Yes, we do 100% QC inspection before shipping.

Q3: What is your leadtime?

A: Samples are 5-7 days and production is around 60 days. Stock:3-7 days in general. No Stock: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 20-30 days.

Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?

A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM service with customer's LOGO and packing design, but MOQ will be required.

A: We can accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU. You can choose one which is the most convenient for you.

A:We are a manufacture which is located in taiwan. You can fly to Taoyuan airport directly. All our clients, from home or abroad are warmly welcome to visit us!
