Pneumatic Actuator Ball Valve :
- We are the largest exporter of Pneumatic operated ball valve in different variation , 2 piece design ball valve, 3 piece design ball valve, and a Jacketed design in 2 way, 3 way, 4 way, and 5 way ball valves with screwed and flanged end connections.
- The pneumatic Actuator rotates 90° to 180° to operate the valve with just the compressed air. Hence, it has a low cost and low maintenance, which saves electricity and gives a fast movement compared to the motorized actuators.
- The pneumatic actuators are cost efficient, spark free, and sustainable in hazardous and flammable environments compared to other energy sources. It has smooth working.
- Ball valves are available in various end connections, like Threaded, Socket-Weld, Butt-Weld, Flanged in Raised Face and Ring Type Joint ends.
- We have Ball Valves - Stainless Steel Ball Valve, Carbon Steel Ball Valve, CPVC Ball Valve, UPVC Ball Valve and PVC Ball Valve.

- High temperature and corrosion-resistant models are available.
- Fully adjustable limit switches allow for fine control of on-off position.
- Indicator : It is a mounting accessory with a Namur mounting which is standard for all pneumatic operators.
- Pinion : Pinion offers maximal wear resistance to the valve. It is made of accustomed alloy steel and is plated with 15um nickel to reduce friction.
- Actuator Body : It is made of anodized aluminum ejection of which gives protection against corrosion and reduces the piston friction.
- End Caps : These caps offers maximum resistance against embryonic corrosive elements.
- Pistons : The aluminum pistons are contoured with high quality rings and guides. The piston design and the twin rack develop a continuous torque on all operators.
- Travel Adjustment : There are two external adjustment bolts in the actuator that offers a standard adjustment of 5 degrees in both open and closed positions.
- High-performance springs : The preloaded high tensile steel springs providelong services with the corrosion resistant Epoxy coated on it.
- Bearing and guides : This provides a long life to the actuator by offering minimum friction.
- O-rings : These rings are for execution of trouble-free operation at standard temperature ranges.

Ball Valve Features :
- All our Ball Valves are designed in accordance with ISO 17292, ANSI Class rating 150 to 600, Nominal Size available from ½” to 14” inches.
- We designed the ball valves to use with various material combinations like Carbon Steel, Low Carbon Steel, Special Alloy, Stainless Steel, Monel and Inconel.
- Our ball valves come with a bottom entry system, with a backseat, assures even higher integrity of sealing at higher pressures.
- For Stainless Steel ball valve - Mirror finished balls with drilled holes. That is a sign of high quality surface finish is achieved on the ball to increase the life of the seals and hence the valve.
- Our corrosion-resistant ball valves have been designed by a team of expert engineers which can easily tolerate heavy loads of industrial fluids.
- Anti-static Feature: to protect against any potential fire that could be caused by the building of static electricity as the ball keeps rubbing against the PTFE seats, especially in the presence of flammable fluids
