High Pressure Ultrafine Raymond Mill (calcite carbonate grinding mill, chalk grinding mill, limestone grinding mill, dolomite grinding mill, kaolin grinding mill, bentonite grinding mill , talc grinding mill, mica grinding mill, magnesite grinding mill,pyrophyllite grinding mill, ceyssatite grinding mill, barite grinding mill, gypsum grinding mill, alunite grinding mill, granite grinding mill, fluorite grinding mill, phosphate rock grinding mill, kalium ore grinding mill , float stone grinding mill)is mainly applied to non-inflammable, non-explosive and brittle materials with Mohs hardness under six. Such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, gypsum, etc, totally more than 100 kinds of materials. Product fineness can be controlled between 325~2500 mesh.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Large materials are broken into small particles by crusher, then the crushed material is sent by the elevator to the storage warehouse, and then through the vibration feeder and the inclined guide pipe, the materials are sent uniformly to the bulk plate on the upper part of the turntable in the main engine.
When the mill works, the main engine motor rotates the main shaft and rotary wheel through the reducer, and the turntable drives dozens of grinding rollers to rotate and roll in the grinding ring roller hrough the edge roller pin.The material spreads into the periphery under the centrifugal force and falls into the grinding cavity, which is impacted, rolled and ground in the ring of the grinding ring.Repeated grinding through three or four layers of ring ring into powder.
The high pressure fan draws the external air through suction and takes the crushed material into the powder machine.The high-speed rotating impeller is screened, the unqualified coarse powder falls and reground, the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, the dust falls, from the discharge valve at the bottom is the finished product.A small part of the fine dust enters the dust collector with the air flow and adheres to thie surface of the filter bag.
The pulse valve controls the instantaneous injection of high-pressure airflow from the inside of the filter bag. The dust attached to it will fall due to the sudden shaking of the filter bag. The conveyor at the bottom sends out the two collected fine powder materials for the finished packaging.The filtered clean air is finally eliminated from the muffler air outlet.
